Leslie’s staff in Southlake was beyond helpful with superb knowledge of products to help with all things pool and parts needed to repair a piece of pool equipment!
Had a booster pump installed. They used a hose type connector instead of hard pvc pipe, lasted 1 week and now it has cavitatied. Tried to get them to come out but it is a 2 week wait. So now I do not have a vacuum. The store can not schedule the maintenance call so you have to give them days they call the service center, if they day is not available then you have to give them more days and then they have to call the service center again. Takes a min of 4 phone calls.
