I brought my robotic vacuum to Leslie’s Pool in February for repair. After evaluating it, they told me that the cost to fix it would be higher than the value of the vacuum, so I decided not to proceed with the repair. Before they fixed the same part that was the power cable and now they told me needs stage same repair but the value it is higher? Since then, getting my vacuum back has been extremely frustrating. I usually stop by on Sundays for pool water testing. I tell you, I’m always happy when I see Tammy there. She’s helpful , knowledgeable and always friendly. She has been a great help to me and I really appreciate her assistance!
