I have been a customer at Leslies pool in Wellington for 17 years. This store was great back when Charles when the manager, then Sean was good but lately they are the worst. Donte and Gabriel have poor attitudes and always seemed bothered when I'd ask a question. Over the last 3 months I have spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals due to their water tests. 9:10am and the front door is locked. Not good.
This place has gone downhill fast! Been a customer for 4 years - Sean the manager (which was the only good thing it had going for it) is no longer there - the new guys are miserable and unhelpful. Most importantly the water tests are totally inaccurate. Has water tested 2 weeks ago and the results were far off from the normal tests i had in past - but i took the advice - bought $200 of stuff and added it.
