Terrible service with the older man with white hair Any question we had about pools he didn’t know and also didn’t really care to help us out! Don’t waste your time with the Pinnelis Ave location in Tarpon Springs! This guy shouldn’t even be working in a pool store if he won’t help out customers!! Terrible experience as a first time walk in

Been going here for the past three years. The water test machine has been down several times in the past few weeks. And never the same person in the store. I miss Zach. Found Pinch a Penny right across the street.

The price of clorine has gone crazy. To get 40 pounds of tablets and a large container of shock with a few gallons of clorine was close to $500. It's crazy seeing a few years ago that the same purchase would have been around $150. I guess everyone is price gouging on this stuff. After covid, it went up and has never come back down. How can there be a shortage in March?

They wouldn't refill my chlorine container because it had a Pinch a Penny logo on the side, even though it had a Leslie's paper label on the container. Leslie's gave me the Pinch a Penny chlorine container months ago as replacement for a perfectly good empty container that I turned in. Now I am stuck with a useless empty container
