Hamid is the best! Always so knowledgeable and helpful, he’s also kind. I’ve been to several pool stores in the area, and this is the only one I’ve felt listened to and respected.
The store manager Vaheed has been so helpful with my unique scenario with 2 broken Polaris Pool cleaners(not purchased here) that he has been able to diagnose properly to assist me with the Polaris customer service. His patience, knowledge, and kindness throughout this process is greatly appreciated, thank you Vaheed and Leslie pools!
First time I've been in. Went in to buy shock. One gentleman was having his water tested a second man came in behind me. The one guy working the store did not know how to multitask while he stood around chatting. Even after the customer told him we were waiting he was dismissive and said he also had a call holding and went back to chatting. Poor service as a first experience, PASS. this is not a place I would use ever again. Go to Pinch A Penny and save yourself some time and headache.
