The staff are always friendly.
Steer clear. Paid to install. Sold defective filter. Blew outlet 2 days after install. Paid to fix. Blew again 2 days later from the inlet and they refuse to pay for install another $400. No empathy. Jacuzzi junk. The part that blew is out of stock. Hmm I wonder if that signifies a recurring problem in design/function. Gonna check on class action.
