Terrible service! Made a service call for leaking pump, Leslie came out, apparently for nothing because 4 days later they give us this lame story that someone got sick, blah blah, don t have the info to order the required part and had the audacity to say they need me to get the info for them! What was the point of the service call and why is it so difficult to get someone back out to get the info they were supposed to get in the first place?? Emailed Corp a week ago only to be further ignored..very disappointing!!

Have bought a ton of equipment and products from them but the clerk was rude and impolite..........acted as if he could have cared less if I shopped there or not. Will look for another pool supply or shop online.
I carried a Hayward pool cleaner in for warranty repair, it was purchased online from someone else. They were great, called me for info and gave friendly service and repair. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew.
Pathetic service and overpriced. Their recommendation is to use excessive chemicals. Dont bother going here. Used to be a good place back in 2007 now it has taken 180 degree turn and is one of the worst store to go period. Look for half priced chemicals at homedepot, sams club, Amazon if you are online types even sears beats their prices !!!!They will sell for example Phos free for \$33 for 2 litre where all the above stores sell the same brand and larger 3 litre from \$19-\$25 !!!!Dont say you were not warned.
