Went in last Sunday it was in the area of our errands. Walk in one is on his phone the other checkingout a customer. The one on the phone sees us and walks away. No how can we help or anything. Luckily we knew what we needed. If these two guys don't want be there QUIT. I'm so over this location. PINCH A PENNY ON HILLSBORO from now on.....insult to injury bought two items do you think they offered a bag?? I get better service at a self pump gas station!
The employees have attitudes. If this was my franchise, I would lead with customer service and positive attitude. They seem cynical, and disengaged. There’s a blue haired woman who runs the store and she is incredibly unpleasant to deal with.
Bad experience. I have always been very well served in the other Leslie's stores, but this one in Boca Raton, has the worst attendants and still want to charge more than what was consumed. I'm not coming back anymore.
