The employees have attitudes. If this was my franchise, I would lead with customer service and positive attitude. They seem cynical, and disengaged. There’s a blue haired woman who runs the store and she is incredibly unpleasant to deal with.
Bad experience. I have always been very well served in the other Leslie's stores, but this one in Boca Raton, has the worst attendants and still want to charge more than what was consumed. I'm not coming back anymore.
Other than the fact that this location is close to my house, there really isn’t anything good about it. The manager provides absolutely no customer service to retail customers, only her pool contractors, unless of course you are buying hundreds of dollars worth. Though to be fair, the managers before her have not been that great to deal with so I’m guessing it’s a Leslie Pools culture. Products are overpriced and truthfully, can be purchased a lot cheaper at Amazon or other retailers. Went there for the last time Saturday.
