The liquid chlorine they sell is no longer effective. They also charged a deposit on the yellow plastic jugs that they refused to refund after I brought them back. Their prices are consistently higher than any other pool supply company and their water analysis is faulty. No longer a customer.

I’ve had a very good customer experience with the local Leslies store in Windermere FL near my home. Scheduling service and maintenance through their HQ in Arizona has been nothing short of a disaster. Appointments were rescheduled multiple times. Multiple service windows, including the 8a-12p service window I had today, was missed without advance notification of why they were late or when they would arrive.
