I'm a long time customer to this store. Today I find that the Turbo Cell for Hayward SwimPure Plus I bought from them two years ago is leaking. I called them first to talk about the issue, and was asked on hold, then get hang up after a long waiting on the phone. Then I bought the unit to the store, the guy kept saying the unit will never leak. I asked him to put water in to see by himself. Then he said the warranty won't cover leaking, but only for Chlorine generating.
