I was scheduling for a pool closing between noon and 5pm. I received a text at 11:14am stating they would be to home home soon. I scrambled to leave work early, as they were going to be at least 30 minutes early. I actually got home at 11:38am. I cleaned the last few leaves out of the pool while waiting for the tech. During the freeze I lost a housing for my Polaris pump. I went into Leslie's pool supplies on 1488 to get another. I went in to check on it and was met by a complete fry who said something akin to "hey dude, I don't know anything about pool parts maaaaan. If you come in tomorrow the owner will help you dude. he is so smart.....dude, he knows everything". So much for the pool god worship. I never got a call back so I tried to order one on line. The worst customer experience ever. The store manager did not want to answer any of my questions. As soon as he learned I knew nothing about pools his demeanor changed. He was also trying to use a scare tactic to upsell me on equipment. I went to a competing store and got all my questions answered. DO NOT GO HERE!!
