I have been a customer of Leslie's for the last 8 years and never had any problems UNTIL the new person working behind the counter WILLIAM D - SALES PERSON#65099 was very rude today, I was the only person in the store so he dismissed any questions I had and looked bothered by me. He didn't take the time to explain anything about the pool treatments after the water test, and didn't offer to help with any heavy chemical purchase I made. Not an employee to be proud of. I hope management has a talk with him.
We started coming to Leslies this season after we bought a new pool. We are first time pool owners. Judson and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! He took time to explain our water test and what each chemical does. Free water testing and have all the products needed to maintain my pool. Will definitely come back!
This place stinks brought my warrantied Dolphin Vacuum there. The Manager clearly hates his job has a terrible attitude we looked up the warranty together he told me it would take a couple months to fix. He ordered parts and then calls my wife a couple month later tells me its not under warranty I freak out cause I looked it up and it was still under warranty. products are great staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable but last Saturday was a different story not sure if they were new or just need more training but all three seemed lost or lazy they couldn't even be bothered answering the phone
