I would leave less that a star if I could. I spent 468 dollars on the chemicals they recommended and followed their "procedure" for adding them and I can't see a foot into my pools water. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a bad business, hugely over priced and extremely incompetent. Far from great is an understatement. Don't waste your time going to the one on 17th in wilmington nc. The one on the north side, by Sam's club, is spot on.
