Called to see if they were open no one picked up the phone drove an hour to get there only to find they don’t have any pool repair supplies. Also informed me they won’t have any pool repair supplies until the summer which is six months from now how does a pool supply store not carry basic things?
I go see Wendy weekly for a pool water test. One of my pools I could just not figure out and required the expert to lean on. She has NEVER pushed chemicals on me. She thoroughly explains everything and I find confidence in her knowledge. She is the best!!
This is the worst pool store in the area. Don't worry about taking a pool sample. They will tell you the testing machine is down, so come back in 30 minutes. You wait like you are told and come back, just for them to say it will be down for the rest of the day and come back tomorrow. Not one, but multiple times this has happened. Don't waste your time telling corporate. They will offer you $50 in pool perks. Throwing money at customers will not fix the issue. Went earlier in the summer with a water sample, walked in the door and the woman in there rudely exclaimed “I’m not going to be able to test water until at least 1:30”. It was about 11:30 at the time. I did not have time to come back, so I went to Aqua Leisure, which had plenty of staff and was able to help me out. Today, I went back to Leslie’s to get salt, but wasn’t positive how many bags I needed.
