Great customer service and even better prices
Bought a new Hayward sand filter in May 2026. It had a defective lateral. Warranty guy came out June 1st. Ordered a new one. It is July 2nd and I have not heard anything. I called two days ago and they were supposed to call back within 24 hrs. Yeah they have not called yet. I can not use my pool it has to much sand coming from the filter. Update: Owner of the store has called to make things right. Thanks
