Everytime I go into this store I regret my decision. The lady is so rude, does not ask any clarifying questions, and just tries to shoo you away. They don't answer the phones or communicate effectively when you have equipment with them for repair. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
Great customer service and even better prices
Bought a new Hayward sand filter in May 2026. It had a defective lateral. Warranty guy came out June 1st. Ordered a new one. It is July 2nd and I have not heard anything. I called two days ago and they were supposed to call back within 24 hrs. Yeah they have not called yet. I can not use my pool it has to much sand coming from the filter. Update: Owner of the store has called to make things right. Thanks
Always helpful!!
