Showed up on Sunday, December 29th at 1pm only for the lights to be off and the doors to be locked. Ended up going to the Vistancia location where the associate said they tried calling the store an hour prior and there was also no answer. The lake pleasant store cannot be relied on.
This is a great Leslie’s location. The entire team here is so helpful and professional. I am a commercial customer and they always go out of their way to support me. Thank you to all of your staff.
JASON took apart my pool cleaner, made an adjustment and I didn’t even need new parts. He’s the man!
Great customer service. Jason went out of his and found me parts I couldn’t get anywhere else.
More than one review about poor customer service at this location. I’m not sure about other employees but my advice is either choose another pool supply shop or at a minimum avoid the tall guy named Jason.
