James was a very respectful and helpful for helping me find the right supplies for my pool
I live between 3 different Leslie’s and as I’ve started this pool maintenance journey I’ve gone to all 3 looking to ensure I’m hearing the same recommendations/messaging and ensuring the water readings are consistent. I can confidently say the water readings are consistent amongst the 3 and with the at home test kit I bought. What isn’t consistent is the quality of customer service. Not very helpful
Adam was more concerned with watching videos on his phone in the back than helping me with water test. You’re being paid to do a job and get mad at customers when you actually have to do your job is crazy
