I live between 3 different Leslie’s and as I’ve started this pool maintenance journey I’ve gone to all 3 looking to ensure I’m hearing the same recommendations/messaging and ensuring the water readings are consistent. I can confidently say the water readings are consistent amongst the 3 and with the at home test kit I bought. What isn’t consistent is the quality of customer service. Adam was more concerned with watching videos on his phone in the back than helping me with water test. You’re being paid to do a job and get mad at customers when you actually have to do your job is crazy
Hate that B & L Pools no longer exists! Leslie bought them all up and now we are forced to pay exorbitant prices for pool supplies and chemicals. In addition no more "free" shoes for our pool cleaners. The techs are not near as knowledgeable and in fact are not able to answer questions about the chemical tests they perform on water samples. They know nothing! They have merely attended “Pool School” classes - they are mere salespersons! I have gotten bad advice from two of the salespersons.
