Normally a fine location, but stopped by today for usual chemicals and found that they are temporarily closed. No reason given, just to try a different store or online. A bit frustrating to say the least, at least update the hours online if you plan to be closed temporarily.
Stopped in here to get a pool light for one of our properties. We have 10 pools on all our properties, so we shop a lot. Decided to change one of the incandescent bulbs for an LED. A little over a week later, my maintenance guy was going to install the bulb. We opened the box, and the seal was missing, and the bulb was damaged. I went back to the store to exchange the bulb. Poor customer service. The general manager was rude and condescending. Was planning to spend several hundred on getting the pool ready for summer, but I would recommend finding someplace else for your pool supplies.
