Whatever your pool needs, they test water for free as well so you don't buy stuff you don't need, it's great.
I have always had very good experiences with the employees and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the other day I bought a product that was $90 in store, and after I used it on my pool, I was shown I could get the same product for $42 on Amazon. A little markup is fine, but wow.
Even though I am a long-time customer on my third pool sweep/cleaner, I have been waiting almost a year yo receive the posted/advertised $150 HAYWARD REBATE. I have registered with and applied for the rebate on the Hayward website twice. I have been back into the store multiple times as well. Very disappointing!
Michael is a true customer service PRO!!! He really goes above and beyond.
