Let me start off by saying that I am a new homeowner, never owned a pool, and completely clueless! I have gone through several pool companies - just fired company number 3. Long story short, my pool started to turn green and my company told me I needed to pay them $450 to change the sand in my filter - that was my problem. Omg why Leslie is still keeping Nate as employee of their store ? The guy is not helpful at all he is even super rude . He doesn’t aknowledge customer at all and when you ask him to help you he sends you online to research on your own . I have spend two days trying to find piece that he didn’t want to look for me . Came back other day when Dave was there and he spend one hour helping and finding my piece .
