Had to call up there with an absolutely random question and Brad was amazing. He helped me out and was very friendly as well.
With staff changing regularly its hard for consistency but Brad is great and knows his stuff.
Horrible customer service instead of helping customers the gentleman there just sat behind the counter eating was a knowledgeable on their products and our policies refuse to apply military discount. I would stay away from this location at all cost. If you must go to Leslies, I would go to one of the other ones on Bell around Thunderbird. My experience at this Leslies was horrible to the point that I don’t know that I wanna do business with them any further?
