Conner really helped me out today. Recommend just bringing a test sample of your water and ask for Connor. I’ve been going here for years, but he has really been the first person to really walk me through everything. But to be fair, he’s probably the first person of approached like I need help. Worst experience, will never purchase anything from this brand ever. Horrible corporate lied to me twice, eventually canceled my $1k order after they lied again saying they would contact the store and resolve their issue. Then told it will be 3-5 days when order said ready and picked up. This is why people hate having a pool. 3 weeks into owning a pool and Leslie’s pool is useless.
Tanya the manager is super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond for her customers. If your looking for great service she's the one to see!!!
I went in asking for a specific part they sell on their website, and the guy gave me a tablet and told me to look for it. What type of customer service is that? Bad place to buy or get any type of info.
Everything here is a bit overpriced for my taste
