I went in asking for a specific part they sell on their website, and the guy gave me a tablet and told me to look for it. What type of customer service is that? Bad place to buy or get any type of info.
Everything here is a bit overpriced for my taste
What happened to customer service? Went to test my pool water on Sunday afternoon. I went in and was told what do you need I hope it's quick were closed. I guess the open door and all the lights on through me into a great state of confusion. I asked him if he could test my water sample. His answer was "I prefer not to". Well I guess that makes two of us. I prefer you don't test my water or take my cash.
