I had a problem at the store. customer service and the gentleman at the counter (Jim) bent over backwards to resolve my problem. Very thankful for Jim and his staff as they are very helpful. Always able to assist without trying to up-sale me on unnecessary products. Great team at this location. THANKS everyone

One of the employees did know what they were doing and the one who did was with a customer but when he was done they kept talking and didn't say anything to me until I left
