Young man was very nice pretty much had everything ready for me. Very helpful.
We are having problems with water quality in our new spa, so I collected a jar of water and went to Leslie's. The man who assisted us was friendly, tested the water, and gave us a nice printout with specific instructions to solve our issues. It was free, since we already had the needed chemicals. We will likely become regular customers.

Came in today as a first time customer and the store seemed quiet with only one other couple in store. My husband and I noticed a lady whom seemed to be the only employee occupied with locating product. We waited as we noticed the employee was assisting a client at the register with the product she was looking for , however no introduction was made towards us or the next set of people who walked in shortly after.
