When we need chems and supplies this is our stop. Service with a smile
Came in today as a first time customer and the store seemed quiet with only one other couple in store. My husband and I noticed a lady whom seemed to be the only employee occupied with locating product. We waited as we noticed the employee was assisting a client at the register with the product she was looking for , however no introduction was made towards us or the next set of people who walked in shortly after. The customer service here is excellent. John went above and beyond in helping us with technical issues we were having with our pool. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the issue, walked us through the solutions, and assisted us with getting our pool equipment back up and running. We are very happy with the service from the incredibly knowledgable staff at this Leslie’s location!
