Great service, prices are fair. Carried it out to the car for me.
I have been going to the Fishers, Indiana store for 5 years, and I have seen at least that many Store Managers go through. There is a different face behind the counter every month. One Manager tells me to use a certain product and the next tells me to NEVER use that product. They are always having IT issues and can’t help with ordering a product. The current Manager who boldly tells me that he has been doing pool chemicals for 5 years, while I have had my pool for more than 20 years. And he is NOT a pleasant person. I will b... read more
Stopped in here seeking help for a ring on a sand filter. I didn't know what I had but I took pictures of it and he didn't seem interested in looking at it. Since I didn't know what brand I had he didn't care to help me. So I went to Family Leisure and they were happy to see me and got me hooked up. If you want actual help you may as well just go check out Family Leisure. They were happy to help. I even called them from inside this store and they were more helpful on the phone than the guy I asked for help here Face-to-face.... read more
