Been there four times. Each time was worse than the previous. The sales persons on the floor seemd to be bothered to help you. The parts counter people couldnt find nor wouldnt look for a cartridge filter for my pool filter. And the last time I was there I watched the manager hang up on a customer because he was upset about how long he was on hold.
