Please do not buy a pool from Leslie’s Pools. I purchased one a couple of years ago to be my last one. I usually bought the Intex pools. The Leslie Pool purchase lasted 2 years and at a cost of $5,000.00. I started to notice rust spots and contacted Leslie Pools customer service. Was told to contact Wilbur Industries, since they were the warranty company.(You know how this works. Called them about some chlorine, she asks for which specific kind, I say I honestly don't know, she says I should go look online then hangs up🤷♂️🤦♂️ Apparently she doesn't know either or she doesn't know how to deal with people, either way, won't call again
Free water testing, good products
Decided to switch to Leslie's after a horrible experience elsewhere. Ran into a neighbor and figured, this MUST be a good stop! Hoping I am right and this rating stays true!
Very knowledgeable and helpful every time I go in. I visit this store regularly when our pool is open and operating.
