The store workers are nice, and try to be helpful but didn't have a clue about how orders are processed. Leslie's company as a whole is a joke. online ordering/ returns is a mess. Store people tell you one thing. website says another and customer service says yet another. any time i tried to talk to anyone from Leslie's no on knew what was going on. Very new pool owner here! Had a huge algae problem and needed to get the algae out of bottom of pool for above ground pool. Don was amazing! Helped me pick one that was best but didn’t put a hole in my pockets. I will not go anywhere else! Hopefully when I come back he’s working!
