They were not willing to help and answer my questions. Very disappointing
Knowledgeable people, good prices, price matching, great frequent buyer program, online ordering and pick up, valid water testing and large selection. They'll get you what you need. Period. Lexie is great and GM's at both SLC stores Tanya and Rick are sure to try and keep you happy and operate their stores with quality and good customer service.
If there’s ever a training on how not to do customer service, the associate who “helped” me should be the instructor. I’ve shopped at this location for years opening kits, closing kits, the works and staff have always pulled the products together for me without issue and usually go above and beyond to answer any questions I might have.
