Called the store to inquire about some of their items, George answered and immediately advised me he was busy and told me he was going to place me on hold, nothing else. I can understand being busy, but George had a rude tone and I was on hold for a bit so I had to hang up and try again at a later time. I had previously read and heard that Customer Service at the store is not great, but I gave the store the benefit of the doubt, and called back. George, the general manager, was very rude and unhelpful. We purchased equipment from this store about a year ago, and now one of the parts is no longer working. The equipment is a Jacuzzi brand product that we just found out they no longer carry. When we asked for assistance, George simply told me to go online and search for the part myself. The staff is always helpful. Andrea was really knowledgeable and willing to help with my hot tub water issue. I recommend this place for both pool and hot tub needs. The staff is there to help you! Thank you so much for your help. This is my go to place always!
