The Holly location in ABQ has staff that are extremely unhelpful. Other locations are great but this experience has been terrible. Unless you’re a pool chemical expert, don’t go to this location for help. They act like you’re a fool if you have questions.
Worst store i have being. Went there for company business to buy. Rude Manager he didn’t want to help us. Don’t buy there. If u don’t have the exact information you need they get mad at you.
This is definitely my favorite Leslie’s location. Reynaldo was extremely nice and professional. He took the time after the water test to explain what I needed to do for my pool and why. This is the first time I have needed to take care of a pool.
