Why won’t you answer your phone? I just left your store. I live 3 minutes away. I know you’re not busy and there are 3 employees there doing nothing. My pool cleaner you supposedly repaired is still not working. Now I have to pack it back up into the car when this might have been a simple phone call to help me. Answer your phone.

Everything they ever recommend to “clear your water” cost you tons of money on their supplies and doesnt work. Research internet and 2 says later 50$ fix. Also the NEVER answer their phones. Like how do we keep this place in business.
