I want to thank Terance (regional mgr) and the branch manager (forgot his name :(). I got home from being away a week for work...my pump had not been running. I was in a panic to try a cord replacement before expensive pump replacement all before it turns green... He had the part and showed me which kind of cord I should have so this issue doesn't come up again. He even pulled it up online for me and showed me which local hardware store had in stock. Staff was super knowledgeable and went over and above to find what I needed for the pool.
Our pool robot needed a new plastic connector. I brought it in the last week of May and it’s now July and still no pool robot. Multiple calls with promises of an update and callbacks which never happened. Each new manager tells me something different. Now it needs a new motor. Then it was new gears.
