The store itself is okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. Only one person was working, and although the place was empty, he acted as if there was a line of customers waiting. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products, especially basic pool chemicals. I came in looking for treatment for a new pool, but he wasn’t sure about what I needed and didn’t even seem to know if the store carried a starter pack—despite signs advertising it being posted around the store.
Manager there worked his tail off. And I got everything I needed
Generally knowledgeable but plan to be there for 30 min time get helped. Usually they are understaffed and the last time I was there they would start to assist me then go help other customers. Took almost an hour to get shock and sand.
