I know this store doesn't have the best reputation but they now have a new general manager that seems to be looking out for their customer's best interests. Last year I had to bring my robot vacuum in for repair and it took weeks for it to be completed. This time my service was done overnight and they provided me with recommendations on how to keep my device from requiring service again in the future. Good pool store but I could go without the political rhetoric. Standing in the line to checkout earlier and forced to hear the store associate talk about how she doesn't know anyone who voted for Biden and he's the reason chemicals cost so much with a customer. Very unprofessional
