The team was very punctual and friendly. I was initially dismayed when they were finished and the pool was still filthy. I have steadily been shocking it with 4-6 lbs every 1-2 days, brushing it daily, treating the algae blooms daily, and vacuuming it daily. I just went to check the in line chlorinator for tabs, and it was completely empty. They were here four days ago. The energy filter and the main pump basket were also incredibly dirty and clogged. It's sort of hard to rate this store. The employees are decently nice but not super knowledgeable, in their defense though, they do have a ton of things in the store so it would be impossible to be an expert on everything. My biggest issue with Leslie's is the price. They are way more expensive than any other pool store. The good thing is, they usually have the part in stock, so if you absolutely need something, this is the place to get it the same day, but be prepared to pay 30 to 50 percent more than somewhere else.
Manager and male worker were no help…. I went in to buy stuff and needed some parts for my pump and filter and all I got was we don’t have it. They didn’t even bother looking in the computer to see if they did have it or any of their stores have it or anything. It seems like they don’t like working there. Customer service was horrible wouldn’t recommend going there anymore!!! I only bought one small piece but got what I needed elsewhere. This is the worst Leslies Whitehall, PA
