These types of stores have a reputation for trying to sell products you don't actually need but the gentleman running this store has always been straight up with me about what I actually do and do not need to worry about with my pool chemistry. He seems to value honest advice over trying to make an extra sale, and for that reason I always come back here for supplies.

These guys know what they're talking about. My pool guy had been jerking me around for the past few months. I walked in with my questions and observations. Days later my pool is up and running like new. Thank y'all so much!! I can't recommend highly enough!
I have had nothing but good experiences here. Most recently I had a pool snake/crawler (that's what I call it, anyway) which has eaten a pair of swim trunks that had fallen into the pool. Dan was super friendly and helpful and had it all cleared up in minutes. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and gave some great advice. Highly recommend.
