Bought a pool pump two years ago from here and Leslie arranged the installation. I noticed the crack on pump inlet housing and poor quality of installation. Definitely the crack is cause by over tightening the pipe thread, but I don’t believe Leslie is going to cover the fix since it has been 2 years. Just warning to someone who is considering buy and install pool equipment with Leslie.
The customer service that I have received at this store is excellent. My interaction revolves around Hayward pool vac repair. They go out of their way to help and are very friendly and patient.
Terrible service today, made me drive to another location to exchange a defective item even though it purchased at this location. They claim they “couldn’t find my name in the system” but I called another store and they found it no problem, they even told me my customer/invoice number. I went back inside and presented this information but she told me sorry nothing I can do.
