Terrible service today, made me drive to another location to exchange a defective item even though it purchased at this location. They claim they “couldn’t find my name in the system” but I called another store and they found it no problem, they even told me my customer/invoice number. I went back inside and presented this information but she told me sorry nothing I can do.

This location has been more than wonderful each time I go in for my robots repairs. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. And so far in all my experiences here, they have only charged me for the part. Each time They fixed it on the spot and I’m AMAZED by how fast they work.
