I ordered an item online and went to this store to pick it up. When I opened the box on my way to the car, I realized they had given me the wrong item. I went back inside and explained the situation. The attendant was polite and tried to help, but even though the photo and description of what I ordered didn’t match what I received, their system showed it as the correct product. It is now 5:50. I rushed to get here before 6 PM from work and could not buy what I needed because they closed before 6 PM. Terrble
