In October 2023 I purchased a pool cleaner to replace my original cleaner provided by my pool builder. Nine months later the Jacuzzi cleaner quit working so i returned it to the Harvey store. When I brought it in I was told that they couldn’t accept any more cleaners for repair. Unbelievable that there was no attempt to provide expected service on what appears to be a defective product sold by them. Poor is a gentle word for this establishment.
Like most pool supply stores … this location seems to enjoy letting you know how st…. You are. I went in with a specific water chemical need. When I asked for what I wanted, the young man began to give me Sunday school about why what I wanted was wrong. I will not be back.
So there a young guy I seen getting bad reviews for his customer service skills but he really does know his stuff just gotta ask him what you want to know
