Very disappointed! Spared no expense on clearing up a cloudy pool. Per their water test and treatment plan per the recommendations $300+ pool did not get better some levels became even worse. return for second water test next day. $400..+ Knowing that the pool has zero chlorine they recommended that we wait 6 days for another water test to see if the pool turns around in 80° sunshine and heat I would imagine it would be a green cesspool by then the lack of knowledge in this store has made me a customer of another company.$70... read more
Worst pool store you could go to in the area. The employees don't know at all what they're talking about and management treats staff horribly. No one should give this place their business. Homer Castellano, the district manager, breaks employment laws on a daily basis.
