MY WIFE WENT TO LESLIE'S TO ASK ADVICE ABOUT OUR POOL. THE REP GAVE HER ADVICE AND SOLD HER CHEMICALS WE DIDN'T NEED. I KNOW IT'S HARD TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN, BUT WHEN YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE WRONG AND YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NEVER OPENED, YOU SHOULD GET A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT NEEDED. An absolute joke. If you are in the market to buy a noodle or a floating ducky this is the place. If you need real pool knowledge and assistance in parts or systems you should just work online or call the online pool supply stores. The store personnel are highschool kids and couldn't tell the difference between a DE Filter or a Subway sandwich. Complete waste of time
I have been a Project Director for over thirty years in charge of hundreds of thousands gallon pools and reflecting water features, whlie using many of the service companies in the industry I find Leslies's Pools is perhaps the most responsive and complete service I have encountered. They have a great line of supplies, products and chemicals and the training courses are the best. I recomend looking into this company for all your pool needs.
There is an employee working at the Leslie Pool Supply store in Visalia that when i asked a question went above and beyond to get me the answers that I needed. He found out everything that I needed to know and relayed that to me in a very professional and courteous manner. His name tag said Shane. He was very knowledgable and professional. I will recommend this store to anyone who asks. Thank you for the great service.
