Dropped off a pool cleaning robot over 2 weeks ago and was told it would only be 4 to 5 days to diagnose. They never even looked at it. I called the Quaker store to see if they could get to it any quicker and was met with very rude behavior and excuses saying other people had waited over a month for theirs.
