Dropped off a pool cleaning robot over 2 weeks ago and was told it would only be 4 to 5 days to diagnose. They never even looked at it. I called the Quaker store to see if they could get to it any quicker and was met with very rude behavior and excuses saying other people had waited over a month for theirs. It's damn obvious this company does not read reviews or care. The manager is useless. Zero customer service and they could careless if you are even in the store. Plus you can get parts and supplies at Pools West on 98th street for less and get treated good. I can't give zero or negative stars or I would. Read the reviews people. You will see the pattern.
