Inaccurate water test readings so to make you purchase unnecessary chemicals that will throw off your balances. Salt readings of supposedly 2500 ppm when my chlorinator shows above 3500 which is spot on and free chlorine at supposedly below 1 ppm when my CYA is @ 80. Rude lady. DONT GO
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Bethany has great customer service and is always friendly and welcoming!
