Terrible customer service — Avoid this location. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Leslie's Pools location. The assistant manager, Heather, provides the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She was extremely rude, completely ignored my questions, and lacked basic knowledge about pools and pool care. An assistant manager should be helpful and knowledgeable, but she was exactly the opposite. Save your time and go somewhere else where the staff actually cares about helping customers.
Very helpful I'm trying to get my water right in the swimming pool been having issues this year
This store has gotten a lot better this year versus years in the past now that they have will run in the store. He seems to be very knowledgeable on everything in Ground and Above Ground and anytime I have questions to call in. He’s been very helpful.
I drive 45 minutes in order to get my water sampled here. These folks are quick and accurate - AND don't try to sell you chemicals you don't need.
