The team here is awesome. I took the pool crawler in for repair and they got it done within an hour. It took 3 different kits to get all the parts for refurbishment and I'm impressed at their in depth knowledge of the product. Its great to have such a seamless experience on a Sunday when other places don't even work. Props to the team and store at Leslie's.
They are outstanding at Leslie Encinitas CA. While stores are at the mercy of the employees this store knocks it out of the park because of a great district manger Lee as he hires the best people and makes sure they are well trained. The store manager Cassidy is amazing and is non stop to make sure we are satisfied. Recently I was in the market for a pool heater and found the prices varied over $1500 one band to the next. Purchased a Polaris pool cleaner at end of February 2024, asked at the time about rebates but was told that Polaris ‘never have rebates’. 2 weeks later Polaris have a 2024 In-Season Rebate (March 14, 2024 -September 2, 2024) which I found out about via one of their mailers.
Terrible customer service. Can’t find anything. The so called manger can’t even find a part that’s right in front of her. Never buy anything from here
