I have been a customer since 1998 and today, Tuesday October 29, 2024 at 2pm, a disheveled employee decided that I will no longer be a customer because my phone number did not pull up an account with them, SO HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE FREE WATER TEST that was going to determine how much I was going to spend right there to winterize my pool. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years there at that location, but his TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DROVE ME AWAY. Yup, I’m bitter but I believe I have reason to be.
