Rude staffs, only one old lady was very rude
I had a pretty confusing experience here. I came in looking for help with a pool vacuum, and when I asked a few basic questions, the employee told me she “knows nothing about pools.” That really caught me off guard, especially since this is a store that specializes in pool supplies. I completely understand that not every employee will know everything, but I would expect at least some basic knowledge or an effort to find someone who could help.
