My husband just left there and the guy working was so rude. Kept dropping the “F” bomb at him, and another elderly couple that walked thru the door. My husband asked if he could help him find the filters he was looking for and said that wasn’t his job… the elderly couple asked if the other locations were doing water tests he replied “I don’t know; I don’t work there. I went there to buy something on sale. They said they didn't know anything about it, maybe it expired. I let my phone home. When I got home, sale was still current. I'll not go back.
Leslie's pools on 63rd is the hands down best pool store, I am a first time pool owner and they have gotten me through all the hard trials and tribulations that come alone with it. Huge shout out to Skooby, not only does he know exactly what he is talking about but he cares and is compassionate about his customers. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have gotten my 100% to be placed on the wall!! Thank you to the crew at Leslie's pools, I will never buy product or get pool advice from any where else!
Slobby is great
There was a female who walked in as I was getting a water test with a water test herself when the employee helping me starting cussing under his breath and was raising his voice at her because he was very outwardly upset she walked in 20 minutes to close. She apologized and left and he kept talking very negatively about her. I was shocked.
