I dropped my pool sweep off over two months ago. I have to call them weekly for an update (they have never once called me). Every time I call, I get a different answer on that status of the sweep. Sometimes they tell me they are waiting on the motor, other times they tell me they are waiting on the cord. One time they said it was ready, only to call me back hours later and say they had the wrong sweep. I have asked to talk to the manager every time I call but he is never there.
