Shawn was very helpful and showed great customer service and care.
This is a good store and unfortunately is the only pool store in reno, but it is struggling. Usually only one employee in the store, never answer the phone. Showed up yesterday and there was a sign on the door “gone for lunch” which is fine for me. 45 minutes later no sign of anyone. Hoping this store makes a rebound, I’m here a lot.
The owner gave our young daughter a pool friend frog while we were there shopping for vacuum bags. Friendly and very knowledgeable employees!
