Manager is rude and doesn’t want to help customers. Have went a few times and every time I go she is rude and hateful. Go to firemaster they are kind and helpful. They don’t treat you like an idiot for not knowing or asking questions. Have went with firemaster and my pool has never been better.
All staff is knowledgeable of the process to take care of and maintain pool systems and chemicals and prices throughout the store are fair to anyone in a company or a normal homeowner wanting to care for their personal pool and there are also options for floats and children's toys so everyone in the family will have something to catch their attention in this store

I do not suggest going here. Prices are very high! We also got our water tested here, was told out alkalinity was low, showed us what to get and how much to add. Went home did that, had no difference in water. Went back to get it tested again and was told the alkalinity was too high & we need dry acid along with like 5 other chemicals . Before we did that though we wanted to get a 2nd opinion. She was very rude about us not wanting to fix our alkalinity and said our liner is going to fall apart.
