4:50pm, September 23, 2024. Called for some information on a cartridge filter system clamp and to order that item. Lady answered the phone then said that there were too many customers in the store and I would have to wait. No one ever came back to the phone, after an exceptionally long wait. I hung up. Sadly, this store is never properly staffed.

Worst store ever. All other stors are open until 6 pm according to their own website but this one thinks they are better than anyone else. Showed up here at 5:40 and the place was closed up at 5 according to the hours displayed on the door. Waste of my time.
