Have cooled down some. Swallowing my pride to go see Gitte tomorrow - maybe she is worth the hassle. She is really very good. I was just really dissapointed and upset. I will update this based on service I get tomorrow. (I hope she didn't read the earlier review and gets revenge on my hair!)
