Bought a cordless pool cleaner today...young lady and young gentleman were both absolutely awesome. Even went above and beyond to make sure I had the right 1 for my above ground pool
Terrible service. Could not help me find the correct part. Told me I couldn’t return a part if it did not work, but I would have had to buy multiple parts to see which one fit without the option to return the ones that did not work. Clerk would not let me talk to the owner so that I could determine the correct return policy.
Joe, the district manager, was in for the day when we stopped in, Place is great, He really knew his stuff!, they have every product you could need. Also they have plenty of pool Equipment, filters, cartridges, hoses. And price match most products as well I saw. In-house water testing too As of may 2024 they don't have opening/closing services, as this location is fairly new to the area. But he mention; maybe in the future they will. So that's excellent !
They are never open during their posted hours. Both on the door and online states they open at noon on Sundays. It’s 12:45pm and the store is closed. This has happened before during the week.
